A mindful movement training program that allows clients to develop better body awareness to improve movement efficiency, reduce injury, increase connection to the mind/body experience, and enhance mental well-being.  Modalities available within the program are based on client’s needs and desires which may include strength training, bodyweight training (animal flow), functional movement training, and yoga.
