About Us

Ricky4_edited_edited_edited.jpg

Cry Rumble Roar (CRR) is a practice rooted in the philosophy of exploring and harnessing the different ways we communicate (express and receive information) — a journey toward greater self-awareness and deeper connections. I believe that, like animals, we each have access to a variety of ways to express ourselves, from subtle signals to powerful expressions that ripple out to impact the world around us. Whether it’s the tender cry of need, the rumble of grounding, or the roar that resonates with strength, our communication styles reflect the full spectrum of our emotional and physical experiences.

CRR serves as a pathway to better understanding how we present ourselves in different spaces, how we navigate challenges, and how we connect with our surroundings. Our goal is to foster awareness and a deeper connection to ourselves, to others, and to the natural world. By exploring and embracing these forms of communication, we create a space for growth, expression, and the potential to leave a lasting impact.

Behind the Name

Cry Rumble Roar (CRR) is inspired by elephant communication and the deep connections within elephant herds. Elephants use various calls, such as cries, rumbles, and roars, to communicate in different ways. This diverse range of calls from the high-pitched cry to the deep, resonating rumble, and the powerful roar is uniquely suited to convey a particular emotion or intention. Just as elephants use these calls to navigate their social worlds, we believe in exploring and harnessing the many ways we communicate, both with ourselves and with others.
